Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date (including items with anti-theft devices), while your item can reach our return center after that 14 days window.
Returns due to product quality issues, or incorrect items shipped, or any errors made by our platform, there will be no return fees charged on to you.
All other returns are subject to a return fee based on the final payment amount per item, which covers international return shipping and quality inspection costs. For items with a final payment amount of 800 USD or below, a return fee of 29 USD per item will apply.
